Felina Bordeaux Barrett (née Duncan) is originally from California. She graduated from Syracuse University College of Law with her Juris Doctor on December 22, 2023 and was sworn into practice law in Georgia on May 14, 2024. Before and during law school, she worked as a real estate paralegal for 6 years. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Valdosta State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics, a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business, a minor in Mathematics, and a minor in Spanish on May 10, 2014. She married Pastor Tyler Joseph Barrett on October 17, 2015 and together they have three children, Braylen Joseph Barrett (born in 2016), Ella Rose Barrett (born in 2018), and Esther Grace Barrett (born in 2021). Outside of work, she serves as the First Lady of Victory of Albany.
