Donald E. Strickland, Jr.  (“Bo”)  Bo possesses over seventeen (17) years of legal experience in the residential, commercial and agricultural real estate practice. His practice includes the following: assistance with negotiating sales and acquisitions for commercial, farm, and residential properties and related loan closings; conducting title examinations and issuing title opinions to financial institutions; preparing commercial and residential leases and sales contracts; preparing business organizational documents; conducting foreclosures and dispossessory proceedings as necessary; and advising purchasers, sellers, developers, landlords, and tenants with respect to any real estate-related issues.

A native of Albany, Georgia, he obtained his BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business and received his Juris Doctorate from the Mercer University School of Law. Bo and his wife, Molly, have three children. They are members of First United Methodist Church of Albany.
